Mark Wintzer Company was founded by childhood best friends Mark Thimm and David Wintzer (Mark Wintzer). Mark and David met in second grade at Park City’s McPolin Elementary. Over the past 37 years they have seen a significant amount of change to the town they love so much. With over 20 years of commercial engineering and construction experience the two of them decided to bring their talents to the residential arena in a place so dear to their hearts. Park City is the only home we have every known, we are proud to serve our community by providing a level of service unmatched in the construction industry.
